Regulations:
We Require a $ 150 Security Deposit and 50% when reservation is made. Balance is due at check-in. You can also book on line with HomeAway (Service Charge for nnline booking) Check in is at 3 pm. and check out is at 10:00 am. To cancel you must notify us two weeks prior to arrival date. After 14 day advance notice deposit will not be refunded. No smoking No Pets Please leave the house as you found it ! |
